Welcome! I’m Dr. Christina Palmer, a primary care physician passionate about improving health and using technology to power primary care into the future.

I provide virtual and in-person medical care, with a special interest in using an integrative and functional medicine approach to complex conditions and aging.

I received my MD degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and did my residency training in Family Medicine at the University of California San Francisco (this KevinMD post helps explains that choice). I received my Functional Medicine Certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine.

I live in Colorado with my husband and four children.

Functional and Integrative Medicine

With over 10 years of experience, I have seen the value of the functional and integrative medicine approach to help manage complex health conditions. Functional medicine provides a framework to help identify the root cause of disease, and integrative medicine offer evidence-based tools to complement conventional medicine. I provide integrative and functional medicine consultations at the University of Colorado Integrative Medicine Clinic, helping manage and treat complex medical conditions with a focus on cancer survivorship and healthy aging.
